Why walking, specifically
Walking is the one activity where the body prefers fat as fuel. Sprints and heavy lifts run on sugar; a steady walk runs largely on stored fat. That makes it the natural partner for BHB, which supports the same pathway from the inside.
Four ways the pairing compounds
- Fuel. BHB supports fat-for-fuel; walking is the activity that uses it.
- Appetite. A walk after meals blunts the blood-sugar spike; ACV does the same from the other side.
- Energy. Steady fuel makes the walk feel easier; the walk makes the energy last longer.
- Habit. Take the gummy, put on your shoes. Two habits become one.

The plan
- Week 1–2: one Jelly Thin gummy with water, then a 10-minute walk after your largest meal.
- Week 3–4: stretch the walk to 20 minutes. Same time, same route.
- Week 5+: add a second short walk in the morning if you can. Keep the gummy habit locked to the first one.
That is the whole method. Simple enough to keep, strong enough to matter.
